At KEYNSI, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we maintain a limited return policy for hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
We also do not require customers to return damaged or incorrect beauty products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at keynsibeauty@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A refund, depending on the situation
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved for:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items received
- Orders lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)
Refunds are not available for:
- Opened or used products
- Normal wear or misuse
- Change-of-mind purchases
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.
